The BCY-F03 is based on the requirements of teaching experiment outline of some courses like "Motor", "Electrical and Electric Traction", "Factory Electrical Control Equipment" and "Micro Motor" and on the reference of teaching materials of motor and electric traction used in relevant colleges and universities in recent years. Therefore, this device meets the requirements of teaching experiment of motor and electrical technology of relevant colleges and universities.

The display of this device adopts digital instrument. The motor is installed in the common rail easy for dismantling and installing. The operation of the loading and motor dynamometer is convenient. The mapping of the loading and MS curve can be done through adjusting the potentiometer. The torque speed indicator is digital displayed. The measurement of speed is accurate and stable because of the application of photoelectric coder.

Physical security protection: The output is main circuit isolation transformer equipped with current-type and voltage-type leakage protection devices.

Timer and alarm recorder (service management): it has the function of time setting, alarm, power supply cutting off and the number of alarm recording

AC power supply: 3-phase 0450V, single-phase 0250V continuously adjustable. The output end is equipped with over-current protection, sound and light alarm and phase breaking indication.

Mircoprocessor-based high precision electrical meter: It has the function of over-range tripping protection through high performance 16-bit MCU. The range can be switched automatically. The virtual value measurement, over-voltage, over-current and fault line will not damage the instrument. The precision of AC voltage and current meter are 0.5. The precision of power and power factor are 1.0.

DC voltage regulator armature power supply: 80~250V continuously adjustable. It has the function of over-current short-circuit protection.

DC excitation power supply: 220V/0.5A. 02.5A continuously adjustable, 3 1/2 digits output, open-circuit protection.

Torque and speed measurement: the torque can be measured through sensor. The speed can be measured through the photoelectric coder with digital display.
